After all but one player has checked, the next round of betting begins. The first player to bet is called the bettor. During a betting interval, all but one player can drop out of the game.
Once the bets are all in, the dealer cuts the deck and offers the shuffled cards to the opponent. Players can then take new cards from the top of the deck.
